Directions To Camp Falling Rock

1. From Columbus, take Rt 161 East towards Newark.  The route number will change to Rt 37 and then Rt 16;

keep following the road until you reach Newark. Distance to next turn-off: 28 miles.

2. In Newark, take exit marked OH 79 N / Cedar St. 

Turn LEFT at the bottom of the ramp and follow OH-79 N through Newark and out of town.

Distance to next turn-off: 10 miles

3. Turn LEFT onto Rt 210 / Rocky Fork Rd; turn is marked by large white barn and a camp sign.

Distance to next turn: 0.2 miles.

4. Turn LEFT across the steel bridge and continue on Rocky Fork Road.

Distance to next turn: 0.6 miles

5. SUMMER ENTRANCE: Turn LEFT onto Rt 237 / Houdeshell Road at the large Camp Falling Rock

Sign. Go up the hill 1 mile then turn RIGHT into the Camp entrance. Immediately turn to the LEFT 

and follow the entrance road to the parking lot .

5. WINTER ENTRANCE: Continue STRAIGHT on Rocky Fork Road for 1 more mile beyond the large

Camp Falling Rock sign. Turn LEFT onto Swick Holton Road and cross the steel bridge. Immediately

turn left onto a dirt road. Turnoff is marked by a very small camp sign. Procede to a Y in the road;

go right to the parking lot.
